- I was born in Washington state.

- And then we moved to Mississippi.
- Mississippi.
- Then Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
- Whew.
- South Carolina.
(George whooshes) And then parents split, and I went to Birmingham.

One went one way and the other went another way.
- Yeah, Dad's still in South Carolina.

- I'm a member of Kingwood Church in Alabaster.

She and her husband, William Henley junior, are the parents of 16.

She walked with the Lord for over 75 years for her daughters married to ministers.
I can see why she has helped build Christian school support missions.
She loves art, designing, traveling and spending time with her family.

- I've lost count.

And when you do the show, people see you, and they tell you.

I go to church and they'll say, "I saw you on TV!"
- Oh, that's a good feeling, isn't it?

It's nice to be recognized.
- Exactly.
Nobody wants to be anonymous, huh?
- That's right.
- Hey, and when you're doing what you do for the right reason- - Yes, we hope that the spirit will go forth and it will touch somebody.

- I live in Calera.

And you were born in- - I was born in Alabaster.
- Alabaster.
How far is Alabaster from Calera?
Not too far, is it?
- Probably about 18 miles.

So you still have family in Alabaster?
- I do, yes, we have family and they also pastor churches and they sing.
- Wow!
- It's a very blessed family.
- I'm telling you!

So what you say to the people out there to encourage them in these times that are changing?
- I say don't look at anything else but Jesus.
- Oo!
- That's where your focus needs to be, is on Him and what He has to say about our situation.
I choose to believe the Word of the Lord.

- I have to encourage myself daily (laughs)!
