School districts try different solutions to staff shortages

Teacher shortages have left many school districts scrambling to fill classrooms and keep their doors open. A bill recently signed into law by Gov. Phil Murphy allows districts to bring in retired teachers without impacting their pensions. Some districts are taking more unconventional approaches to keep their kids in school.
