Providing Support for PBS.org
Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorshipWe put on a lot of supportive programs.
One of them being our cultural programing.
So indoors in the Bagley Nature Center well be teaching beadwork through a community beading project.
People will be able to at least add a few beads to the overall project.
And then we'll also have Nature Bingo, which will be led by some of our outdoor education students.
A lot of our student population may not know at UMD that American Indians still exist.
And so by continuing to have these programs, we are allowing them to see real American Indian people doing real American Indian stuff in real time.
