Dan Kates joined the Redwood Falls Police Commission to try to enact change.

As a response to the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Redwood Falls resident Dan Kates planned a march. He didn't want to let the movement fizzle, so he joined the Redwood Falls Police Department Police Commission, a volunteer group made up of local residents, to try to enact change and help Redwood Falls become a beacon for change.
