Texas high school valedictorian Paxton Smith joins the show.

Paxton Smith tossed out her approved speech, took out a new piece of paper from under her gown, and went on to address the state’s new abortion bill, which prohibits most abortions when a fetal heartbeat is detected as early as 6 weeks – with no exceptions for rape or incest.
