Early Voting for the San Antonio City Council races begins in less than 17 days. We have examined the races and identified those we believe are competitive. We respect all the candidates who have filed but for practical reasons we cannot provide air time for all of them. We look at District three which features challengers Rebecca Viagran and Gabriel Velasquez and incumbent Leticia Ozuna.
