Police official discusses mistakes that killed a man and permanently injured another

San Antonio has become part of a national conversation on accountability of police officers. A man who was killed recently by an officer who thought his cell phone was a gun. Earlier we learned of a man permanently injured by officers who beat him severely, mistakenly thinking he was a suspect they had been chasing. Joining us to discuss these events is Police Union President Mike Helle.
