South San ISD is under an outside conservator, and Edgewood ISD can’t form a quorum

As of last week, two school districts in San Antonio do not have functioning school boards. South San ISD is under the direction of an outside conservator after a Texas Education Agency investigation of its board. Edgewood ISD is without a superintendent or a principal at either of its two high schools, and a mass resignation left it with only three school board members.
