Meet the second of two City Council members heading the pack to replace mayor
Four San Antonio City Council members have thrown their hats in the ring to replace outgoing Mayor Julian Castro. Two are in their first terms and are not regarded as having much of a chance. The other two, first elected to the council in 2009, are contenders. Last week we spoke with District 6 Councilman Ray Lopez. This week we welcome District 2 Councilmember Ivy Taylor.
