Despite recent heavy rains, San Antonio finds itself in another summer of water restrictions potential shortages ahead. The San Antonio Water System has responded in ways we couldn't have imagined 20 years ago: treating brackish water, storing water in wet times in a nearby aquifer, and even buying huge amounts of water from profit-making companies.
