Broadway has hosted new development for years – now the street itself will transform
In the past few years, hundreds of millions of dollars have been poured into developments along Broadway between downtown and Hildebrand in San Antonio. They include the The Pearl, with its new Emma Hotel and hundreds of new apartment units, the new children’s DoSeum and major expansions and renovations at the Witte Museum and San Antonio Botanical Garden. Now the street itself will change.
