Judge strikes down part of Texas Abortion Rules. Update on HEB Downtown Grocery Debate

A federal judge struck down a major portion of the anti abortion legislation passed by the Texas Legislature. The case now goes to an appeals court and probably to the United States Supreme Court. Also this week HEB laid out a plan for a downtown grocery store which calls for a one hundred million dollar expansion and the controversial closing of a long Main Street block. We will hear from HEB.
