Video shows deputies shooting a man who appeared to be standing still with his hands up

Police officers in the United States shot and killed at least 500 people so far this year, according to the Washington Post. In many cases, surveillance, dash-cam and amateur videos have proven helpful. This week, Channel 12 showed a video of sheriff's deputies shooting a man who appeared to be standing still with his hands up. But there appears to be much more to the case.
