Thai Shrimp Vermicelli with a flare of peanut spice pairs well with Petit Manseng.
This recipe is great warm or cold but my favorite is when I serve it at room temperature. The flavors are beautiful with a slightly off-dry petit manseng. The spice from the peanut butter sauce is a perfect pairing for this wine. Also great with chicken or tofu!
