In 2023, Governor Gretchen Whitmer set a goal of making preschool free for all Michigan 4-year-olds. Two years after that ambitious announcement, we are checking in with early childhood education experts to find out what's currently available in our area and how some parents are saving up to $10,000 in childcare costs.
