Everybody knows the ask not part.
But the very next sentence in that speech I think has inspired me so much.
The very next sentence is, as citizens of the world, ask not what America can do for you, but what we can do working together for the freedom of man.
What a beautiful sentiment.
At that time, and what a beautiful sentiment 50 years later.
(light music) >>But his legacy will always be fairly remarkable for Americans, because he gave his life.
That's more than can be asked of any man for that job.
And so, we'll always have a place in our heart for him.
