♪ Curious music ♪ You take it off of the and then you hold it like this and you just pour it into the bucket.
And then you do that with the rest of them.

They usually shouldn't be like this.
We don't want it too full, and this one is probably going to top this one off.
[splashing] So now we have to pour this through here and that's where all the dirt goes.
So you just kind of got a slowly pour it.
[pouring] So then after it goes through the strainer, it goes into here and then it is boiled.
[boiling] and then it's just strained through, good syrup comes out of this tap, and then you get syrup after you boil it on the stove.
