More than 4.9 million people in New Jersey have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus. Given that vaccination record, Gov. Phil Murphy says the state is in good shape, though he still is pushing for more eligible residents to get their shots. And, with mixed signals at the national level over mask mandates, Murphy is indicating no plans to put mask mandates back in place in New Jersey.
