- My name is Melissa La Tour.
I am the executive director for the Duluth Homegrown Music Festival.
This year the festival is May 2nd through May 9th, and it is going virtual.
♪ We're gonna make it ♪ over it's now true ♪ Rather than being in-person in the venues for live music.
We are having the artists submit prerecorded material.
I'm super excited this year to see how all of the businesses, kind of, adapted to what is going on.
Several of them are going to be playing our live stream.
Mayor Larson has signed on fo virtual proclamation this yea partner with us.
- So, there's a lot to be excited about.
And I think the biggest excitement is not knowing the definite plans because we are working with a pandemic.
