Thirty-one days after the start of the new Fiscal Year, Mass. Governor Charlie Baker finally signed a $43.3 billion state budget into law. The new budget increases spending by 3.3% over last year. In an unusual move, Baker signed the budget without any vetoes. Ray Hershel sat down with Sen. Adam Hinds and Rep. Lindsay Sabadosa to find out what the new budget means for Western Massachusetts.
