(cheerful music) - Want to get away without the hassle of going through TSA?

Just head to this year's "World in Bloom: Flower Parade & International Folk Festival".

Adrian Ruiz is here with your ticket to eight different countries.

Eight countries?

- Well, the eight countries are for the folk festival, but there are 28 gardens in the Peace Gardens.

And the parade is about eight of them.

The festival's about 10 of them.

- [Liz] Oh wow.

- Different countries that people will be doing floats, kids will come.

And so we invite everyone to come down.

The thing starts at 11 and just tour the gardens and there'll be representatives in most of the gardens talking about their gardens in traditional garbs.

So the Scandinavian Norwegians will be there, the Russians will be there, you know, different things like this.

And then after the parade goes through the actual Peace Gardens, we will have a folk festival about an hour later.

And so the performance of music, dance, speech and things like that.

- And I love that you bring it all together in this beautiful area that, you know, just kind of takes people's breath away.

What is that like to experience it?

- Well, it's really a lot of fun.

I've been in dancing forever and I used to tour around the world and so we modeled it after that.

And the Peace Gardens, the International Peace Gardens actually is based on gardens all over the world.

We're not the only International Peace Gardens.

And every year in September, the world does hold festivals all over the world celebrating peace among countries.

And that's what it's for.

- It's so special that we have it here in Utah and that you guys also encourage people to participate and be a part of the parade.

- [Ruiz] Yes.

If they go online now, we can still take, I don't know when this will show, but hopefully they can get online and be part of at least the parade right now.

- [Liz] Yeah.
