We actually partner with somebody in Animal Allies, and they in their network of partners come and bring many animals.
We've had cats before we've had hedgehogs, but mostly, as you can see behind me is dogs.
Oh, the students love it, it's one our favorite parts of having the library open and able to have people in here again, we love having these animals, and the students eyes, just light up and come over to pet.
It's really nice.
But one of the primary things is that dogs are so non-judgmental and you're in an environment where you're getting grades, you're competing, you're doing a lot of stuff and being able to come over and just sit and have time with an animal that just loves unconditionally is really important Yeah, there's absolutely no schedule, no sign up.
Just come, sit and enjoy.
We really enjoy this event, and we think it's really important to demonstrate a culture of care whenever we're talking about our students and the dog seemed to enjoy it as well.
