another Unthinkable Act of gun violence this time on one of the country's largest college campuses in Michigan three students were killed and five others critically wounded Monday night after a gunman opened fire in two locations at Michigan State University the victims were killed in an academic building and nearby Student Center forcing terrified students to hide in dorms and classrooms for hours authorities say the suspected gunman 43-year-old Anthony McRae killed himself and was found with a note in his pocket containing threats against two schools in Ewing New Jersey where he once lived setting off a Cascade of events in Mercer County this morning District officials closed schools and dispatched police to remain on all school grounds throughout the day the Ewing Police Department confirming the incident was isolated to Michigan and said the suspected gunman had a history of Mental Illness but hasn't resided in the town for years there was indications that there was a Nexus of this gentleman back in Ewing they have run that to ground again I'm paraphrasing what the Ewing Police said but I believe they have said something to a kin they're satisfied that there is no secure ongoing security risk out of an abundance of caution the schools were closed today God willing they're planning on reopening tomorrow with not surprisingly a heavy police presence thank you [Music]
