Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship- [Terry] Hi, my name is Terry.
I'm a bartender and we are at the Kom-On-Inn bar West Duluth.
Well, the paintings were done by Art Fleming.
They have to do with the history of West Duluth, West End, Morgan park, Gary, all industry, all places where the people worked.
Most of these places are no longer here at all.
And they are just like a history and time history of murals that were done in 1950, 1951.
And they're just absolutely gorgeous but it's all about the history of West Duluth.
And you'll see that there's stuff from the steel plants or refrigerator plants even there's a mural of the Kom-On-Inn down at the end of the bar, t was just different factories different industries that were here back in the 1950s.
He just captured all that and we've even had Art's family come in and they come and admire the work too, so that was pretty cool to meet all of them.
