Boulevard East has become infamous for the sheer volume of accidents
The Hudson County communities of Jersey City and Hoboken have received accolades recently for improvements in traffic safety that reduced traffic deaths. But north of Jersey City, there’s concern over a new plan for a 4.5 mile portion of JFK Boulevard East and Park Avenue. Advocates wanted to see a bike path along the scenic stretch of road but that’s been scrapped.
