This year marks 10 years since 80-year-old Tom Cooper was killed in his Johnston County home. Deputies later charged a woman who did work for Cooper with his death, calling it a case of elder abuse. ncIMPACT sits down with Cooper’s family and learns why preventing elder abuse has become so important to them.
