President Trump lowers expectations for Putin meeting
President Trump was greeted with protests when he arrived in Helsinki for his first formal meeting with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin. After calling the European Union, a long-time ally, a trade “foe” at an interview on Saturday, Trump downplayed his expectations for the summit, which starts Monday.
