President Donald Trump made two significant changes this week to federal healthcare policy: he allowed smaller, cheaper plans to be sold across state lines, and he ended federal payments for cost-sharing reductions. To sort through what these changes mean for Wisconsin, we speak with Bobby Peterson of ABC for Health, and Brian Potter of the Wisconsin Hospital Association.
