Community groups are calling on San Diego to stop using thousands of smart streets lights equipped with cameras around the city over privacy concerns. Plus, the planet’s changing climate is creating additional hurdles for a 50-year-old oyster farm in Carlsbad. And, a 2016 ballot measure that was supposed to fix potholes, sidewalks, streetlights is millions of dollars short of projections.
