Michael Jackson is serving 30 years for a murder he says stemmed from a domestic situation. He says it's the loss of structure that impedes those transitioning from military to civilian life. As a member of the Operation Phoenix group for incarcerated veterans, he'd like to see more support for those leaving active duty so they can better cope with the lack of structure.
