Over the weekend, the United Auto Workers union overwhelmingly ratified new contracts with Detroit's Big Three automakers that will raise pay across the industry.
Ford workers voted by nearly 70% in favor of the New Deal while the vote was closer at GM and Stellantis.
Thousands of workers at Ford's Kentucky truck plant in Louisville were on strike for weeks while terms of the new deals were being negotiated.
The new four year agreement means an immediate 11% raise for workers at Ford.
