Diplomatic efforts intensify across Europe amid threat of Russian invasion in Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday accused the U.S. and its allies of ignoring Moscow's security demands but said he's willing to hold more talks amid tensions over Ukraine.
