Dmytro Kuleba discusses the state of the war in Ukraine.

A strike on a local administrative building in Kharkiv killed 10 today, and President Zelensky told the EU that at least 16 children have died in bombings. More than one-half million Ukrainians have fled the country, and the U.S. is warning that worse may be yet to come. Dmytro Kuleba is Ukraine’s Foreign Minister and he joins the show from inside the country.
