Ghost tales of Jefferson County featuring the Burrville Cider Mill, John Hoover Inn & more

At the Jefferson County Historical Society, its said Mrs. Paddock still protects her beloved home. Long-dead Captain Burr of the Burrville Cider Mill may still be making cider. Guests of the John Hoover Inn in Evans Mills, NY are often treated to Victorian-style music long after the Inn is closed. OBrien’s Inn, built in the early 1800s in Clayton, has guests who never check out.
