Matt Younkle, President of Y Innovation, LLC, Inventor of the Turbo Tap Matt Younkle invented the Turbo Tap in 1995 when he was a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is designed to pour draft beer up to four times faster and with less waste. He gives the history of the product from the beginning stages to where it has landed him today.
