UPDATE: An Asatru Folk Assembly priest, Jason Plourde, has twice had a restraining order denied. The order was against Murdock Area Alliance Against Hate co-founder Victoria Guillemard. On April 14, the Murdock City Council concluded that the AFA — a whites-only organization — hasn't violated their CUP, but the council didn't know a temporary certification was issued by their building inspector.
