Temma Martin has fought hard for Man’s best friend. Through her work with Best Friends Animal Society, she hopes that Utah will be a No Kill state by 2019 – meaning 90% of animals taken to a shelter get adopted into forever homes. Best Friends Animal Society wants Utah to be a “No Kill” state. If 90% of the cats and dogs in shelters get adopted into forever homes, this goal will be achieved.
