Laziz was founded in February of 2012, selling traditional middle eastern hummus to friends and family. We applied to several farmer's markets, as well a local CoOp, and from there grew our demand and vision. By July of 2012 we added two additional spreads, sold at a handful of grocery stores, and slowly developed our image.
