The state Senate voted this week to reject the confirmation of Michael Haas and Brian Bell as administrators of the Wisconsin Elections and Ethics Commissions. In light of this, UW-Madison professor Barry Burden sits down to discuss how the change in leadership will be implemented and what effect it may have on the state’s elections infrastructure.
