Tuesday, the supreme court concluded there wasn’t enough evidence for a jury to find Michelle Lodzinski guilty in 2016. Lodzinski claimed her son disappeared from a carnival and later turned up dead. For more on the court’s ruling, Peter Verniero, New Jersey’s former attorney general who also served as a justice on the New Jersey Supreme Court, shares his insight.
