In light of Tuesday's elections in which Democrats made significant gains in New Jersey and Virginia, we invite our political panel to weigh in. Scot Ross, of One Wisconsin Now, calls the Virginia result, 'hope winning out.' Bill McCoshen, of Capitol Consultants, says that though the states are usually 'blue,' the result could be a warning sign for Republicans.
