A 21-year-old white male was charged in a shooting spree that left eight people dead in Atlanta, Georgia. Authorities say it is too soon to call it a hate crime, but six of the victims were Asian women. The murders come after a recent wave of violence against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.
