A prominent New Jersey environmental group is railing against the Biden administration over the time allotted for the public to review Ocean Wind 1, a major offshore wind project. Clean Ocean Action is calling the 45-day window “unreasonable” and “unjust,” and is demanding more time for the public to digest and weigh in on the 1,400 page draft Environmental Impact Statement for the project.
