Senate Judiciary committee is expected to vote to move her nomination forward
Monday marks the first hurdle in Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation process. The Senate Judiciary committee is expected to vote to move her nomination forward. Jackson, a judge on the Washington D.C. federal court of appeals, is expected to be confirmed by the full U.S. Senate later this week; all 50 Democrats and one Republican have said they will vote in her favor.
