Gov. Murphy pledges more funds to fight opioid epidemic

Opioid overdose deaths have increased and the state wants more money to fight epidemic.

The Murphy administration released data showing opioid-related deaths have slightly increased. The state wants to increase funding for treatment and prevention programs and push a bill package that will increase access to opioid overdose reversal drugs.
