Gov. Phil Murphy and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul jointly announced the nomination of Kris Kolluri as CEO of the Gateway Development Commission. The commission’s board is expected to consider the nomination later this month. Kolluri served as commissioner of the state Department of Transportation from January 2006 until December 2008.
