Police lieutenant alleges she was singled out and demoted because she is lesbian

A police chief in Piscataway is being sued by a second police officer, alleging Police Chief Thomas Mosier harassed her and made obscene gestures towards her and others. In the most recent lawsuit, a police lieutenant says she was singled out and demoted because she is a lesbian. Last month another officer sued Mosier, alleging harassment.
