Investigators of Germanwings Flight 9525 announced that the crash that killed 150 was not an accident, but believed to be a deliberate act by the co-pilot. The black box recording captured the pilot being locked out from the cockpit before the plane’s descent. Jonathan Rugman of Independent Television News reports from the crash site.
