As a wintry mix of rain, sleet and snow is expected to arrive in New Jersey Thursday night, Gov. Phil Murphy is urging residents to stay off the road. The messy mix of snow and ice is expected to impact northern New Jersey and central parts of the state before it winds down Friday afternoon. The storm comes just after a burst of warm weather; some parts of the state reached 60 F on Wednesday.
