With technology today, time spent looking at screens can quickly add up.

Between phones, TVs, computers, and other devices, time spent looking at screens can quickly add up. Psychologist Maurice Elias recommends treating such technology like guests, with defined time allotted to limit usage, and increase time dedicated to fostering interpersonal relationships.
